2. Description of Service

Guardian Car Buyers Japan provides free vehicle appraisal and buyback services for cars located in Japan, including non-running, damaged, and high-mileage vehicles. Communication is provided in English by email and LINE. Phone support is available in Japanese only.

The Service may include, depending on the vehicle and circumstances:

  • Free appraisal based on information and photos you provide
  • A cash offer for your vehicle
  • Assistance with vehicle registration transfer and related paperwork
  • Vehicle pickup, arranged around your schedule

3. Quotes and Offers

  • Any price estimate provided before a full inspection of the vehicle is preliminary and non-binding.
  • A final offer is confirmed only after Guardian Car Buyers Japan has reviewed the vehicle's documentation and, where applicable, inspected the vehicle in person or via the photos and information provided.
  • Guardian Car Buyers Japan reserves the right to adjust or withdraw an offer if the vehicle's condition, documentation, or ownership status differs materially from what was disclosed.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of the vehicle, or you have the legal authority to sell it (for example, as an authorized representative).
  • The information you provide about the vehicle (condition, mileage, ownership, outstanding loans or liens, accident history, etc.) is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You will provide the documents required to complete the sale and, where applicable, registration transfer (such as the vehicle registration certificate (車検証) and identification of the registered owner).

Guardian Car Buyers Japan is not responsible for delays or complications arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Payment

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time your offer is finalized.
  • Where the vehicle is subject to an outstanding loan, lien, or lease, the sale may require additional steps and may affect the amount and timing of payment. This will be explained to you in advance.

6. Vehicle Pickup

  • Pickup is generally arranged free of charge and scheduled around your availability.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and that you (or an authorized representative) are available at the agreed pickup time, or have made appropriate arrangements in advance.

7. Cancellation

  • You may withdraw your inquiry or decline an offer at any time before the sale is finalized, at no cost.
  • Once a sale is finalized (offer accepted and documentation exchanged), cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to conditions explained to you at that time.

8. Communication

  • Primary communication is in English, by email or LINE.
  • Phone support is available in Japanese only. Details are provided on the website footer.
  • Guardian Car Buyers Japan aims to respond to inquiries within 24 hours, but this is a target, not a guarantee.

9. No Warranty

The Service, including any information provided on this website, is provided "as is." While Guardian Car Buyers Japan makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate appraisals and clear guidance, we do not guarantee that any specific price, timeline, or outcome will be achieved in every case.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Axibee LLC's liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to direct damages actually incurred, and Axibee LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of Axibee LLC's registered office, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
